* Expert Consultants is a private practice and charges the clients for the services rendered. * The migration acts, regulations and OMARA regulations requires client service agreement to be place before offering the migration consultation / service (other than initial consultation). * The migration agent cannot offer free advice or opinions about the individually applied ( DIY application) or in the process of clients applying on their own. * The firm or its employees would not offer opinions or comments about the articles, posts or information in social media, online forum etc. * The firm has the right to quote the appropriate fee for the services to be performed and client can decide about it before they choose. * The preliminary assessment fee for Skill migration program (1 main applicant) is 6,000/- and if there is a partner skill assessment is involved, then it would be 9,000/-. The complex matter application would incur a different charge. * The consultation charges for other visa programs like Partner migration, Parent migration would be informed by the staff of the firm. * The firm reserves the right to accept or refuse migration work based upon the number of applications in pipeline, complexity, area of interest etc… * The firm or its staff would not promise, guarantee or assure the visa outcome as the visa applications are decided by DHA, Australia on their merits.
