This is a permanent visa option that requires State/Territory government nomination and a commitment of two years stay to the nominating State/Territory. After this time, you may relocate anywhere in Australia. This visa is similar to the Skilled Independent visa that you must also achieve a minimum of 60 points to apply. However, if a government is prepared to nominate you, you will be awarded an additional 5 points on the skilled occupation points test.
