Partner Visa

An applicant must be sponsored by an Australian citizen, Australian permanent  resident or eligible New Zealand citizen aged over 18 years who is a spouse (married), Defacto partner or long live relationship including same sex relationship of the applicant.

Types of Partner visa

This visa is for an applicant who is outside Australia, sponsored by Australian citizen/ Australian PR/ Eligible New Zealand citizen and contents to get marry with in the visa validity.
This visa application is for who is outside Australia is a spouse/defacto including same sex partner of an Australian citizen/ PR or eligible New Zealand citizen.
This visa application for who is onshore.
This is for an applicant who held SC309 or SC 820 for 2years since the time of application, being in a mutual relationship exclusive of others, relationship is continuous (except some provisions allowed in the regulations) is eligible to apply the visa.
